The building at 150 de l’avenue is a “trophy asset”, the pinnacle of a real estate asset, with a unique and historic location. It is a complex of almost 18.000 sqm, very close to the Arc de Triomphe, on the odd side of the famous Champs Elysées avenue. It is an iconic building in many ways, starting with its prestigious address and history.

MIMCO Asset Management is the manager of the “Cheval Paris” fund, the new owner of the project held by international investors, but also the asset manager appointed to rethink and optimise the real estate operation and make it one of the most beautiful mixed-use projects in the capital.
